Policies

The user-facing policy set. These pages (with the knowledge base) double as the public help center. Legal instruments derived from these policies are drafted from them: the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Creator Agreement, Community Guidelines, Institutional Data Agreement template, and the disclaimer architecture (the per-surface copy source).

Moderation policy

Two-tier: AI agent is tier 1 (screens + acts); appeals are always human.
Applies to posts, communities, chat, published content, crosspost copy; content standards prohibit guaranteed-returns claims (Creator Agreement enforces the same bar).
Community takedown/restore mechanics. Spam routes here from abuse response.
Community Guidelines render this policy for members.

Handle protection

Reserved handles: well-known brand/figure handles are protected against impersonation squatting (users AND org names/slugs).
Claims screened at claim time by the AI moderation agent (protected list + lookalike detection); release to the rightful owner via the Official/identity verification paths.

Refund & dispute policy

Refund shape approved; annual cancellation = no mid-term refund.
Disputes: AI-mediated first, human escalation; chargebacks/money mutations live in Stripe.
Beta is free — no refund surface during beta.

Data-license enforcement

Institutional datasets flow under agreements with enforcement dials and redistribution ceilings.
Members may BYO license keys for licensed market data; the platform enforces the license boundary (no redistribution past ceilings).
Dataset sharing inside the platform respects lineage + ceilings.

Access gates

US-only: first gate is signup self-cert. Stripe billing address + payment-method country is the HARD money-path gate; geo-IP advisory only.
18+: self-certification checkbox at signup plus certified date of birth on the same consent record; no document check at signup. Tiered verification escalates later: Stripe Connect KYC for anyone who monetizes, Stripe Identity documents for Creator/Official — identity documents never stored on platform servers.
Membership: no anonymous visitors — every surface requires membership except public tease pages, the apply intake, and health probes; public READ of published content is member-conversion surface with interaction paywalled.
MFA: mandatory, all accounts, from signup.

Content & publishing rules

Published performance is VERIFIED-ONLY; paper/live provenance always labeled.
Lapse never unpublishes; deletion preserves published content ANONYMIZED.
Vocabulary rules bind all copy (vocabulary): no gambling words anywhere, including agent output and legal copy where user-facing.
Website copy: nothing incomplete — every published sentence complete and true today; owner reviews all website changes locally first.

Security & disclosure

Vulnerability disclosure policy + security.txt at launch; paid bounty revisited post-launch. Live today: GET /.well-known/security.txt + GET /.well-known/security-policy.
Pre-launch pen test on money paths; SOC 2 evidence collection from launch.
