Community Guidelines

The platform exists so claims can be tested. The guidelines follow from that: argue hard about ideas, bring evidence, and never touch another member's money or identity. Enforcement is automated — read how it works before you post, because the system does not negotiate.

Trust violations — permanent, no appeal

These end an account the first time, permanently, with no reinstatement, fine, or refund:

  • Scams and solicitation of funds. Asking members to send you money, invest with you, or move to an outside "opportunity" — in posts or DMs.
  • Steering payments off-platform to evade the creator program or its revenue share.
  • Impersonation of another member, a creator, the platform, or its staff.
  • Coordinated manipulation — organizing pumps, misrepresenting positions to move a market, or falsifying a track record.
  • Compromised or fraudulent accounts, including payment fraud.

Conduct violations — strikes, suspensions, fines

Everything below accrues strikes with automatic, escalating consequences:

  • Harassment, hostility, or personal attacks (criticize the thesis, not the person).
  • Doxxing or posting anyone's private information.
  • Spam, mass promotion, or repetitive low-effort posting.
  • Unsolicited bulk DMs; continuing to DM someone who asked you to stop.
  • Republishing paid or private community content outside its audience.
  • NSFW or illegal content.

How enforcement works

  • Moderation is automated. Reports and detection feed a strike system; strikes trigger suspensions that escalate with each offense (roughly: warning, days, weeks, a quarter, permanent).
  • Conduct suspensions expire on their own — waiting is always free.
  • A suspended account may optionally pay a conduct reinstatement fine to restore access early. Fines start at $500 and escalate steeply for repeat offenses; the current schedule is shown before you pay. This exists so enforcement needs no human moderation queue — the alternative to paying is simply patience.
  • Trust violations skip all of the above: detection means permanent termination, and there is no appeals process.
  • Strikes age out after a sustained clean record.

Creators — held to more

  • Publish honestly: your platform track record is generated by the system, and you may not restate, cherry-pick, or supplement it with off-platform claims that can't be verified.
  • Disclose when you hold a position in something you're recommending to your community.
  • No promises of returns, win rates, or income. Ever.
  • You're responsible for your community's culture; communities that become scam vectors are closed, and probation or audit failures end creator status.

Direct messages

DMs carry the same rules as public posts, with stricter anti-scam defaults: new contacts are rate-limited, requests for money or off-platform payment in DMs are treated as trust violations, and recipients can report any message in one tap. Don't DM people investment "opportunities."

Reporting

Every post, message, and profile has a report action. Reports feed the automated system; you won't always hear back, but repeat-reported accounts accrue strikes fast. False reporting in bad faith is itself a conduct violation.
